Upgrade to v3.5: Compiler executable file csc.exe cannot be found.

I have a 3.0 site that I just upgraded to 3.5. It runs fine on my dev box (with VS 2008) - but on the server (no VS 2008) - I get the error

Compiler executable file csc.exe cannot be found.

When the site goes to load. Any suggestions?
