Registry key to set cached mode in Outlook 2003

Hello Experts,
I would like, programaticaly, change the status of Outlook 2003 from Online mode to Cached mode.
I found some registry keys which probably worked with 98, but couldnt find anything for 2003.

How can I do it?
I use Visual Studio 2005. C#.NET 2.0.
