Loading a New Form on Button Click

Hi,

  I would like to know how can i load a new form on a button click in another form.
The new form contains a list box. After selecting an item in the list box i need to read that value back in to the button click function.
Can you please suggest me some ways of doing this. I am a kind of new to the functioning of forms.
If you could theoritically tell me how to do this. I can implement it based on that.
