How to use commit and rollback using ODBC connection with MYSQL and VB.net 2003

Hi Experts,
        I am having problem while using commit and rollback with mysql and vb.net .
I am getting following error at the time of calling " cmd.executeNonQuery"
"Execute requires the command to have a transaction object when the connection assigned to the command is in a pending local transaction.  The Transaction property of the command has not been initialized."

I have attached my test code.
Please help me.
