Visual Studio -- Two Panels, view one ?

If you put 2 panels on top of each other
do you have to move the top panel
in order to edit the bottom panel
or is there a better way since
"Bring to Front" does not show
all the CONTROLS ?

If panels are overlapped I'd suggest to use a tabcontrol instead.
If you don't want the tab headers, you can derive your own header-less control as explained here:

Offcoarse there is a better way.Here it is :

As shown in the attached picture, select the correct control from the properties dropdown. The control that is selected in the properties dropdown, is the one which is selected in the Design view for editing.

ee_nitink, I tried your solution, but my attached still shows "Panel2" hidding some "Panel1" controls when "Panel1" is selected.

How did you get it to work ?

If you want panel2 to be transparent, then you will have to define a new class

assuming you are using c#

Now I get your problem. :)

Well I cant,though, imagine a reason why you want to do that.
Just for the sake of editing, I think,
          rather than bringing all controls of Panel1 and Panel1 to front, try taking Panel2  back.
