Signing .NET application Error. Maximum Network BIOS Messages reached

Asked by NicoJuicy in Visual Studio, .Net Editors & IDEs, Security Issues in Programming

Tags: Visual Studio, Signing

My application suddenly stops building after changing (correcting) some code.
Could be a server problem or visual studio. I have no idea.

Already rebooted, didn't work.

I could publish it once without the signing and it worked. But i need the signing for my application.

This is my error:

Error      2      An error occurred while signing: Failed to sign bin\Release\app.publish\\setup.exe. SignTool Error: IStore2::Open returned error: 0x80070038

Het maximale aantal netwerk-BIOS-opdrachten is bereikt.

SignTool Error: An error occurred while attempting to open the certificate

Translation of the error:
Maximum ammount of network BIOS commands / messages reached.
      store: "My"      ClientApplication.Gui
