Convert csv to xml and back

Hi Experts,
I am busy developing an application for a symbol barcode scanner.
I need to load data to the scanner that I will receive in csv format.
The datagrid I use on the scanner will require xml
I nned code examples in vb2005/2008 that will convert the csv to xml, use it on the scanner in the datagrid, get the updates from the datagrid and then convert back to csv to return to the server.
I would appreciate some help
