Publishing Website Using Visual Studio

I have created a webpage using VS 2005. I have placed the aspx file on the web server. I am having trouble viewing the webpage by typing in the path "http://..." I have placed the website in the proper folder, but when I view the ASPX file, I see the error listed in the code snippet.

My thought is that I need to have the aspx file accessible by an html file (maybe by using a frame). All of the other webpages are built this way. Our security department may have set-up the webserver to viewhtml files only. I am not sure if this is the issue, and how to write the html file to pull the aspx file. I really need to have this work as soon as possible and would appreciate any assistance. Thanks!

             Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine. 
 
Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".
