Parsing RasPhone.pbk

Hi, I have a sutiation, where I need to update RasPhone.pbk file present under c:\documents and settings\all users\application data\microsoft\network\connections\pbk;  Here is my sample RasPhone.pbk

I want to change NegotiateMultilinkAlways=0 from NegotiateMultilinkAlways=1 or change DialSeconds=10
How can I do it programatically.  I am using VC7 (.NET) compiler Start Free Trial
