There is no row at position 0 -> DataSet and Objectdatasource ( Need help to fix problem in Code)

HI,  i have Asked  this question here before : http://www.experts-exchange.com/Microsoft/Development/.NET/Visual_Studio_.NET_2005/Q_23333489.html l, but The expert said to open again .  hence, i opened a new questions for your help.

Problem is : i am following this sites for this tutorial http://msconline.maconstate.edu/tutorials/ASPNET20/default.htm.
i did what Auther said, but When i am running the programm and trying to delete record , its saying " There is no row at position 0 ".
In my table there are more then 10 record, but the Code is not  getting any record in Dataset
I have attached the Code and picture of my problem as well.
