SELECT statement with multiple inner joins for not bound datagridview with data reader  in visual basic 2005

How do I populate the unbound datagridview in visual studio 2005 with a Data Reader's help .  This is my current code that involves textboxes and combo boxes, but I need to be able to populate my UNBOUND datagridview also.  The grid contains 8 columns:

Thank you. I would like to know of a specific line that will populate my datagridview which "can contain duplicable Client ID's" and have multiple rows filled in.
