Using CheckBoxes within the DataGrid control on a master page to view select records on a detail page

Hi,

I have a datagrid on a page that displays records based on the value selected from a drop down list on the page.
I added a template field to the datagrid and placed a checkbox into the item template of the template field.

I would like to use the CheckBoxes within the DataGrid control on the page to view all the selected records on a detail page when I clck a button that says show records.

The problem is that I do not know how to use the DataNavigateURLFields or response redirect to include all the the selected JobIDs so that all the individual records that match the JobID all show up on the details page.

I have been trying diferent methohods, but no luck.
