VS.NET 2005 WinForms DataGridView

Good Day:

I am using VB.NET 2005 WinForms DataGridView control.  I have a requirement that requires the user be able to get to the next row by using the Enter key instead of the Tab key.  The last row column name is Comment and the first row column name is CustItem.

Any Suggestions?
