Visual Studio 2008 Team Explorer Installation Error

Hi

I am trying to install Team Explorer 2008. During the installation process I get the following error:

Error 1305.Error reading from file e:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\Common7\IDE\CQConverter.exe.  Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.

---------------------------

If I look in that directory the file is there, but it is 0K in size.

Please help.
