Runtime Error 0000311C

I have a program (written and compiled with cBuilder6) that was last compiled in August of 2007 and has been running without any problems until last Thursdat (4/3/2008) at which time I started receiving a Runtime error:   216 at 0000311C.

If I answer OK it continues to run but a couple of minutes later it stops with the same error again.

If I run the same code in debug mode I  does not receive that error.

I've tried recompiling and replacing the executable but still receive the error.

Any ideas?
