How to output graphics using C++ and Instincts Graphics Package

I'm using CodeBlocks and the Instincts Graphics Package in order to create a quilt. I'm just working on a single pattern block right now and I wanted to know how to output that block using a void function. It should look like the block with the four frames (see image below).

And this is code for the block I have so far.
