Microsoft Visual C++ runtime library

I create Microsoft Publisher 2007 files and then I convert them to PDF files using a pdf complete add-in on Publisher toolbar. However, when I try to convert the files, I get the following error.

The apllication has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the application support team for more information.
