If you believe it to be an Add-in Error
E\Microsof t\Office\O utlook\Add ins
You can eliminate it by
Closing Outlook
Go to
Start>Run>Outlook.exe /safe
If Outlook opens in Safe Mode w/o the error
It is quite likely that the error is due to an Add-In
Once you have determined this, its just a matter of finding out which one.
You can then go to the Registry and Look in the following Location
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWAR
What add-ins are listed
note their load behavior
Then set all Add-ins load behavior it 0
Restart Outlook.
Do you still get the error?
If not, go back and re-enable each add-in, until you find the one that causing the error.
One you find it, uninstall that Add-In
