Free an application from the IDE?

I sometimes run applications that need 10 hours or more to finish their jobs, and now and then i forget to start them from the EXE file but instead with the RUN command. Then i cant work, because the IDE i locked by the application... Can i quit the IDE without terminate the EXE ?Start Free Trial
