m/autoit3/ downloads. shtml if you download and install copy the following "Code Snippet" to notepad and save the file as JavaReg.au3 then right click the file and select Compile Script, this will create a JavaReg.exe in the same folder which can then be used to update the users registry + the Default Users registry so any new users will get the same settings.
Here is the command line I use, I also run a small script afterwards to remove Automatic Updates as JAVAUPDATE=0 doesn't always appear to work.

I do this using AutoIT a free script editor http://www.autoitscript.co
