I need to know where to start to investigate a Java.io.fileOutputStream.write(Unknown Source) error. What does this error mean.

Below is the actual error I received on July 02, 2008.  I am using eFTP Client from Verizon to download some files from an eFTP website, but something changed that caused it to fail.  What does this Java error joblog mean, and where do I start to investigate.
