i got exceptions because there are dedents in it.
now i am ok.
From that script how can i start the cluster if the cluster is stopped.

The script requires the Deployment Manager (DM) and the associated NodeAgents (NAs) to be active in order to run.
If the DM is inactive, then wsadmin can't connect to it.
If the associated NAs are inactive, then the Server Manager MBeans are unavailable, and the managed Application Servers are unreachable by the DM.

Jython (which is an implementation of the Python programming to execute on a Java Virtual Machine) uses indentation (spaces & tabs) to indicate groups of statements.
So, when you have an "if" statement, the form is:
if <expression> :
then-statement#1;
then-statement#2;
...
else :
else-statement#1;
else-statement#2;
...
The problem you have is that you don't have any leading whitespace to show the nested statements.
