I just want to know if some one tried running a PB10 applicaton on NT/98 and has been successful/Unsuccessful.
Most likely i'ts not going to work, as per the datasheet......

Win98, ME and NT don't appear in the Operating System Requirements

That's because the Unicode support layer on PB10.
If you want to deploy to W98, you must use PB9.
