Mailmerge multiple records without putting each record on new page

My problem is that when I carry out a mailmerge using a datastore with multiple records, my merged records are being created correctly but each record is on a seperate page. Would it be possible to  create a merged document but to scroll through each letter for each record using the Next Record button on the mailmerge toolbar instead of having to scroll down through hundreds of letters?

Hi Cintra
what are you exactly trying to mail merge ? Is this a single document with multiple page or multiple documents with a single page ? Could you pls describe the mail merge template you are using ?  The merge toolbar is available in Word to preview the data.

Pls post more info, i'll be glad to help you if I can.

Hi,

What I have done is create letters for a set of people (1 letter each). This was achieved by using the code above. Now the problem is each letter for each person is on a seperate page (1 letter on each page). These can be viewed by scrolling down the document. What I would like to do is navigate through the letters using the next/previous record buttons on the mail merge toolbar. Is this possible? How is this done in powerbuilder?
