Try the patch as suggested and if that does not work then:
Are you accessing the DLL from a network drive or is it local with your exe?
If the dll are accessed other than the local directory then make sure it has a way to find them such as path statement or ini file.
If using the path statement method then make sure your client drives are mapped correctly.

Hi,
Download the latest patch from www.sybase.com for PB 10.5
Apply the patch and see if the issue reoccurs.
