Login behaviour sets session variables, but still continues to redirect to the login page instead of showing the application default page

I now have the problem that when I login, It seemingly finds my information and sets the appropriate session vars, but then it still redirects me to 'login' instead of showing a list of users as I intend. My code is attached for the application controller.
