Browse All TopicsHi fellows!
I really need your help on this one!
One of my customer have 3ds max 9 and used vray for the rendering.
Some problem occur , like missing dlls. (vrender60.dlr , vrender90.dlr)
so we completly uninstall 3ds max 9 and vray.
| I firstly uninstalled vray 64bit then 3ds max 09. Then i manually remove the c:\program files\autodesk\3ds max 9\ folder and the one locate in c:\documents and setting\username\local setting\application data\autodesk\3ds max\ |
NOTE : im USING 3ds MAX 09 64 BIT and vray_adv_150SP3_max2009_x6
I reinstalled 3d max 09 succesfully ; it open normaly (blank). (Can't open scene rendered by vray, what is normal at this point).
Then i reinstalled vray_adv_150SP3_max2009_x6
the first wierd thing is here ; vrayinstall1.jpg
vray installation program doesnt seems to detect my 3ds max 09. Maybe this is normal... however i replace the path with this one ; vrayinstall2.jpg
when the installation is complete, ive start up the licensing service. No errors occurs.
But when i open 3ds max 09 i have now all these errors.
(vray.doc)
i've looking around in chaos groups forums and i've looked at severals things.
- Files are at the locations specified.
- Both plugins.ini (documents and setting\username\local setting\application data\ autodesk\3dmax09 folder and \programs files\autodesk\3dmax09 folder) (see plugin-ini.jpg) contain the same informations.
- i also tried removing both ";=;"
The only way i succeed opening 3dmax without errors is by removing ALL vray files from the plugins folder.
So vray don't seems to install sucessfully, and i can't see it (vray) in the rendering options (f10 - common tab -> assign renderer)
I NEED HELP!! PLEASE!!!

That's something you need to write to Autodesk support.
