When you say "Disconnect it from power" Do you mean to remove the battery on the mainboard inside the wii ?
If i take off the power 5 - 10 min it stills keeping the settings!

Very simple - to hard reset a Wii you disconnect it from power and leave it for between 5-10 minutes before reconnecting. There is no hard reset key combination (unlike holding in the reset button for a couple of seconds to soft reset).
