I was migrating a live multimedia production computer to a laptop for a client, and a specific program they rely on daily is not installing under Vista. I go all through the wizard but just before it starts the actuall install process, I get the error:
"DirectDraw is not properly installed! Please ensure that Service Pack 3 and DirectX drivers for your display driver are installed. Then restart your installation."
I can't specifically remember the name of this app - if it is important I can phone them and get it. This laptop has integrated graphics, but it is a recent intel revision and it uses 128Mb of system RAM.
Any ideas? What is this "DirectDraw" and "Service pack 3"?
