Thanks Hurbold.
I installed the driver and it seems to have fixed the problem.
Boy, that was easy.

Unlike before, when everything worked great, I get the following dialogue when I start up Wolfenstein:

I just downloaded the new driver from NVIDIA:
41.09_win2kxp.exe. Windows told me not to install it as it is unsigned.
My system: Asus A7V333 motherboard
Athlon xp2100 cpu
1/2 gig ram
80 GB hard drive
Windows xp with sp-1
thanks

I, too, get the error "could not load OpenGL subsystem", for whatever opengl game I try...
I've tried installing the new driver from nvidia and I have this problem too. I own a GeForce 2 titanium and current driver is 6.14.10.5303
If I close my session and start it again the game is working just right. Any idea ?

You should ignore tyhe driver unsigned warning, as it only means the driver is not windows hardware quality labs certified. I have seen the same error in RTCW in the past, and an updated driver solved my problem. The microsoft generic nvidia drivers are crap. You might notice that the advaced properties aren't even there?
