Thanks for the extensive list. I'll definitely give 250 points to that comment, but if anyone can let me know from personal experience the following, I will add another 250 points:
1) A WINDOWS based Tracker/Software to create module files
2) Powerful: What I mean is that the software can be something a professional music creator can use, it needn't be for beginners.
3) User friendly: What I mean is that the software needs to be relatively bug free, stable, preferably supported and easy to use. Price is no object.
Thanks

Have you checked out http://www.un4seen.com/ yet? They have two tools for converting MIDI to tracker formats (which means there are others available), not a bad way to work -- I've seen references on the web to many composers working that way. I'd assume there are other options like that, but the main tracker composers probably work in one of the many tracker tools. It's been a few years since I was heavily into the MOD scene (I was working on mod-player code back in 98/99), and looks like the tools have come a long way and some are starting to break from the traditional interface (while others refined it and added lots of features under the hood).
plug/track er_feature s.php3 (been around for a while) about.php (the upcoming version looks cool) org/stuff. php?action =docs lt.asp ex_feat.ht m (looks like avg tracker, but more pro styled)
e/trackers _without_f rames.html
In case you haven't poked around, here's a bunch of composing software, both trackers and otherwise, free and shareware/pay-for, a lot with support of VST instruments and plugins:
