Does anyone know of a telnet for the Blackberry for the
AS/400?  5250 (preferred) or VT100.

Idokorro Mobile Admin has a true 5250 client for the Blackberry now.

Idokorro just released (3/17/2005) a 5250 emulator that works via direct tcp stack (I think only Nextel supports this now), or you can use a BES.  The really nice thing about the BES support is that as long as you BES server has the routes to your internal network you can get to anything on the inside of your network.  Also -- by using the BES any wireless network will work.
