Well, I guess it is not too random since it is happening on a daily basis, and yes it is only happening to read e-mails. The e-mail settings are set for wireless syncronization with the mailbox winning on conflicts.
I will have to check the memory again to verify that he has enough. He does get quite a bit of e-mail. If their does not seem to be a memory problem, I may have to try removing and re-adding.

Haven't seen this one before. How random is it and are only read emails disapearing? What are the general email and the email reconciliation settings?
Also have you checked the memory on the device? Depending on the amount of emails he get's it can have different results to the other two users if they get less emails. If he really doesn't have any memory problems then I would just suggest to remove and re-add him and do a new enterprise activation and see what that does.
