Just tried that, does not work. Still all going to junk folder. Why are they going to junk folder to begin with? Did Microsoft purposely add stuff to screw up BlackBerry's efforts?

Redirector & Blackberry network sends messages through exchange to communicate from addresses like "network@etp1102.etp.na.bl
network@etp1102.etp.na.bla
network@etp1103.etp.na.bla
network@etp1104.etp.na.bla
If there was a way to allow a mask like @*.blackberry.net then it would work, but I see no way to do this, so I have to keep manually unblock each domain. The problem is explaining this to some employees is not so easy. Is there a simple fix for this problem or am I doing something wrong on my exchange server for these to be marked as Junk to begin with? I am running Small Business Server 2003 and have latest SP2 on Exchange.
And, no I am not running BES because I do not want to shell out the cash right now when the Desktop Redirector does what I need for the moment.
Thanks for your help.

I am using the "Safe Senders" tab of "Junk E-Mail Options" window in Outlook 2003. That new mask did not work either. I really don't think wildcards work period or my first one would have worked.
I must not be the only one having this problem with the Redirector messages and Outlook? Surprised I haven't seen any fix info out there.
Well I am sure that would work, but other than these blackberry messages it works very well for catching the spam. No I am not running anything extra, and my spam settings are set to default which appears to be high. I don't recall ever changing this.
Also, I am hoping for a solution that won't require a bunch of manual changes on each employee's computer.

Go into the junk email options and add *.*.*.blackberry.net
