I'm trying to sync the Outlook Public Folder contacts to a Blackberry. When I plug it into the computer and then use the Blackberry Manager to sync it, it says that the contacts can not be synch because the Blackberry is configured to sync the contacts wirelessly, yet there's no contacts on the Blackberry so wirelessly it is not synching.

#2 was what I did. But like I said, it won't let me sync contacts via Desktop Manager because the Blackberry is setup to sync the contacts wirelessly. So to rephrase or look at the problem in a different way, how do I turn off wireless contact sync, and just manually import the contacts using the Desktop Manager?

The Blackberry's do Wirelessly sync the contacts, but not in the way that you are thinking. Compose an e-mail and start to type in the persons name and it should have a drop down saying to either e-mail that name or "Lookup" click lookup and it will then wirelessly pull any matching contacts. It does not save to my knowledge, unless at that time you decide to add that person to your contacts.

By defalt, the BB synch your personal contacts, not the public folder.
