He can not create a new email and send to certain people. This is the error he is getting:
Sent Using : Desktop (Secure)
Folder: sent Items
Message Status :Transaction Error - Failure At Service
However, other people he can create new emails and send to just fine. This error can be consistently recreated and doesn't matter where. Another thing, he can always reply to anyone without problems, even to the ones he can not create a new email and send to.
Any ideas? We have a Blackberry Server running Blackberry Enterprise Small Business Edition.

Here's what you need to do to view the logs:
Hold down the ALT key.
With the ALT key depressed, type LGLG. The Event Log appears.
In the Event Log, highlight the Event name and press the Enter key. A list of Events appears.
To view detailes for an Event, once again highlight the event and press the Enter key. An Event Properties box opens (as shown on the right).

1) Check the local and server logs for the BES and see what errors are showing.
I would also check his email address and make sure it is consistant with the other users DOmain.
Lastly, I would try to wipe and reactivate it after backing up all critical data via the Desktop manager.
I hope this helps !
