I need to know how to forward my email from Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access to a standard Pop3/Imap email account so that i can then push that email to my blackberry. I need the how to do it portion in Outlook. I know what needs to be done but I want to foward all my email from my school account which is now on exchange and not pop3 which doesnt all me to set up to forward on Blackberry's site. I also want to leave a copy on the exchange server site so I can check it via the web as well.

No, I tried this. the school has an exchange server that will not allow me to use the traditional blackberry. The only solutiont the Blackberry suggested was for me to forward all my email to another pop3 capable account. I can not figure out how to forward in outlock for exchange on a web based system to forward all my email while leaving a copy of it on the exchange server.
If the school allows it, you can log into OWA and on the rules tab, create a rule that forwards all email. However if they have configured the system so that the BIS server does not work, then this may very well not work either.
However, I have not run into an OWA server that would not work on the BIS if you manually enter the settings.
I have a similar problem. So, to get around this, there is only one thing that can be done without the IT guys help.
You need to keep the outlook open for your school exchange account...it may be any system and in the outlook create a client side rule...not Server side...to forward your mails to some id.
I have this setup as my company doesn't allow forwarding the mails from exchange nor the access is allowed from outside.

Use can user the Blackberyy Internet service to check your OWA account. Your service provider should have a webpage available to set this up.
