It being that the iPhone is not a Blackberry, it will not "work" with Blackberry Enterprise Server.
However, if what you are trying to achieve is to download email to your iPhone from Exchange, this can be done - Exchange supports both POP3 and IMAP4, which means that the iPhone can be set up to download mail using either of those methods. Is that what you are trying to achieve?
