Rules in Outlook have anything to do with BB Email delivery?

Thanks.  I have an Outlook 2003 user who says that any email he sets up and is governed by a rule (Ex: email from me gets directed to a designated folder upon receipt) isn't making it to his his BB Inbox.  Is there a reason why this might be the case?  Start Free Trial
