my client has recently wiped all data from his blackberry and had resynced it to this entourage mailbox, the blackberry is able to recent all new emails, but the problem is that emails in his inbox recieved before the 14th march are not being synced onto the blackberry.
what is stopping the emails from syncing onto the blackberry?
