I have a user that's inherited an 8700c from a senior that got a new Curve. The 8700c was wiped, reactivated via USB cable to server, and shipped to his remote office. He's got network connectivity to AT&T, with 3-4 bars, his phone service is fine, but we cannot get email to work. When he goes to Messages-Options-Reconcili
ation, the only option he has there is the one about Deleting messages. No other lines. On my BES 4.1 server, his details show that Wireless Message Reconciliation is Disabled. There is nothing else that separates him from any other user. I've restarted the services on the server, but still nothing. I've tried from another Question to click on "Clear In-Cradle Flag," which seems to have had no affect. I've resent the IT policy, and the BES says that it was sent, but no indication of reception. Most of the information I can find about similar problems seems to be from people that use a desktop BBerry Manager.
Any ideas?
