Why are items deleted off Blackberry, but not in Exchange?

Why are emails deleted on the blackberry not deleted on Exchange Server?  It seems to be only for one person.
We recently created a new domain and moved the blackberry server to it.  I am sure this is a rights thing, but not where to look.Start Free Trial
