I am migrating our organization to Exchange 2003 from a hosted external solution. Our users who are able to sync with Exchange via their Blackberry have limited functionality when it comes to the "Reconcile Now" option from their email account. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, sometimes it just reconciles a few messages.
We are not running Blackberry server from Exchange... we are using the built-in feature of the Blackberry that allows you to connect to Exchange through the Outlook Web Access interface.
Also, every weekend all the Blackberry users in the organization get an error saying that they can no longer communicate to the Exchange account through their Blackberry account. They just go into their settings and validate the account again, and it works fine. How is there a timeout somewhere that needs to change?
