Hey
I recently changed out a user's blackberry 8830 with another 8830 because his buttons stopped working. To get the new blackberry active, I removed his old BES user account and created another and then used the enterprise activation option on his blackberry. It completed successfully.
He receives all messages fine but sometimes receives duplicate info. More importantly, messages do not delete on blackberry when delete from Outlook but works vice versa. So a message delete on the blackberry deletes on OUTLOOK. No other setting has been changed except the new handheld. All other users and his old account works fine. Email Reconciliation is set up as:
Delete On: Prompt
Wireless Reconcile: On
On Conflicts: Mailbox Wins.
How do I get his mail to delete on the blackberry when deleted from OUTLOOK 2007? We are using Exchange 2007 SP1 and BES Pro 4.1.4
Please Help!
