With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. Blackberry Email Reconciliation Options changed by BES restart

Periodically some of my Blackberry users stop receiving email from the BES. This is not that big of a deal to reset (just a server restart), but the fix resets the Delete On: option to Handheld in the Email Reconciliation options of each BlackBerry. Is this a changeable default setting, or how can I force the devices to stay on the Prompt setting? I am using BES 4.1 & Exchange 2007.
