Browse All TopicsHi All,
We are running BES 4.1.6 and have a couple of servers. OCS is OCS 2007 R2, although the CWA server is R1.
I created a software configuration to roll out the OCS 2007 client to devices and assigned this to a group of about 20 users. The software seemed to have loaded ok by this morning, however some users are getting kicked out of the OCS client with the following message, "Cannot connect to server".
Also, some are taking ages to load - I know these people have in excess of 20 extenal contacts, so was wondering if this was the cause.
And one person gets, "service not enabled for this handheld" [he's running an 8310]. Any ideas which logs to look into to find out the cause?
Many thanks in advance! Cheers.

First try the simple fix of restarting the BES and then the devices by removing the battery.
