| With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating. - The Grade of the Solution
- The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
- The Number of Author and Expert Comments
- The Number of Experts Contributing
- The Feedback of the Community
Your Input Matters Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. Our company uses a BES to pass along enterprise e-mail to our users. I recently deleted and recreated a user (my boss) on our exchange 2003 server. Subsequently, I removed his account from the BES. Now when I try to re-add him as a user in blackberry manager I get an error "Failed to add user <username> to the Blackberry Server. Unable to open mailbox for user. The user's mailbox may have been deleted." I tried moving the profile to a different location and tweaking the user and blackberry account permissions in exchange to no avail. I searched around EE and the web and found a solution that uses DBCLEAN.EXE to wipe user data, but either it was ineffective or I am not using it properly as I still have the issue. I am at my wits end on this one any help would be deeply appreciated. I am adding a screenshot of the error message just in case it would be helpful.
