best way to Upgrade BES SBE 4.1.6.20 to BPS of full blown BES

Appreciate any help! I'm currently running BES SBE 4.1.6.20 with the maximum 15 Users. I need more users so need to upgrade. I was told to go to BPS, when I downloaded and tryed to install the latest BPS which 4.1.4, I get the error message you can't update to an older version. What's the next step from here?  Thanks for your help
