When sending from your device, make sure it is not defaulting to the blackberry or desktop accouints. I had a problem with my Storm a while back where everything I send was coming from "dekstop" (on the mobile) and I was getting the red x on all emails. Once I made sure I was sending from the proper account I was OK.
I check My App logs on the exchaange server and I did see this message
{ahenderson@allied-online.
Do I check for this on the server (Is the user or besadmin a member of secured group, If yes have the Send AS commands run.)
I have a BB Tour but not sure how to check to see if it's defaulting to the blackberry or desktop accouints
The error message you have mentioned above should be coming on the handheld as well.
Follow this link and run on Exchange. For this you will need Windows Support Tools first.
http://support.microsoft.c
After this restart the blackberry services in sequence and before that restart the Information Store Service but after 15-20 mins you have run the commands.
That's the reason i gave the link : http://support.microsoft.c

Are your emails bouncing back to your device? Or are you losing your sends/replies altogether?
