On syncing a BB and Outlook moves one meeting by an hour

Zones: Blackberry Operating System, Exchange Email Server, Blackberry Programming

I have a user who's blackberry is moving one particular meeting on it's own. Meeting invitation is for 11am EST, when syncing with the BB, moves it an hour earlier.

All DST patches have been applied.

This is the only user out of 14 who is having this problem.

Running BES 4.1 with Exchange 2003

Any help would be great thanks!
